Measles. Mumps and Rubella are all highly infectious viral infections, which are present worldwide. The viruses are spread through tiny droplets when someone coughs or sneezes or by touching surfaces that have the droplets & putting your hand near your nose or mouth.  Symptoms usually develop in 7-18 days for measles, 14-25 days for mumps and 14-21 days for rubella.
